Harry Potter Alliance Needs Your Support, Vote for the HPA to help them win $250,000!! Options

Hey everyone,

I am sure you have all at least heard of the Harry Potter Alliance at this point, but if not, check them out here: http://www.thehpalliance.org/ - they're an awesome awesome organization that labels themselves as 'Dumbledore's Army for the real world' and work towards social issues such as human rights, equality, improving literacy, and more. They most recently organized the Helping Haiti Heal fundraiser which raised over $120,000 (which translated into sending 5 cargo planes to Haiti). They are truly amazing and their efforts are most incredible because they are the result of simply gathering Harry Potter fans who want to help change the world for the better by taking a stand, much like Dumbledore's Army, or the Order of hte Phoenix, or Harry and Ron and Hermioen and countless others did in Jo's fabulous books.

I am posting today because we are in the Chase Community Giving Challenge on Facebook and we have a chance to win $250,000 for our cause. There is more information posted at the Alliance detailing where the money will go, how to get involved to help with this effort or other efforts of the HPA, etc. but if we win this, that money will be specifically targeted towards expanding our efforts on LGBT rights, improving literacy through our Accio Books program, and creating an online coalition to work towards human rights.

After you've voted, you can click on the 'share with friends' green button on the top right to invite other friends to vote, post on oyur facebook with a link, or tweet to get others to support this cause and to help spread the word.
